Indulge in a luxurious stay at our newly built coastal modern farmhouse, tucked into the charming surf town of Encinitas. Stonesteps Beach is a four-minute walk; Moonlight Beach is twelve. Cafés, the Leucadia Farmers Market, and downtown are all on foot.
The home is beautiful and functional in equal measure — filled with the things that make travel feel easy: e-bikes, a hot tub, fire table, espresso machine, outdoor shower, and a Sonos system throughout. We provide beach gear, baby and kid gear, bathrobes, and organic pantry goods, so you can travel light.
The great room opens through an 18′ La Cantina door onto the back deck — a single, continuous living space when the weather invites it. The kitchen is configured for cooking with a crew, the dining table seats everyone, and the outdoor sofas, fire table, and grill make sundowner hours the easiest part of the day.
Rinse off the sand in the outdoor shower, take the RAD e-bikes for a spin around Leucadia, and come home to the hot tub when the evening turns cool.

I'd like to personally welcome you to our family's beach home in Encinitas. We're excited for you to experience this incredible house and town, and we hope your family enjoys it as much as ours does.
I've carefully curated the design and amenities to combine form and function — so it's easy to travel light while still having everything you need. Our home underwent a complete down-to-the-studs remodel in 2022, and it's been so rewarding to see all of the details we'd been planning for years finally come together.
